Contract Signing and Design Phase Initiation

Permit Submission and Approval Process
In this phase, we prepare and submit the complete architectural and structural engineering package to the county or city for permit approval.

This preparation ensures that as soon as the permits are approved, our construction crews are ready to break ground and begin assembling your ADU without delay.

Construction Phase
