What is Hybrid Prefab?
Instead of building everything on site, we fabricate certain components ahead of time in a controlled factory or warehouse, then ship them to your lot and assemble them there. That hybrid approach, part factory and part field, cuts build time while keeping quality high.
Can I customize it?
Yes. You can customize anything that does not affect the structure, like upgrading the kitchen, the bathrooms, or the flooring. The layout and structure stay fixed, which keeps quality high and the structure price at $99,000. Talk to your salesperson about the upgrades you want.
How long does it take?
These units are faster than a traditional build because every component is accounted for ahead of time.
